Loved the breakfast and the wonderful view from my room. Clean, comfortable and a great location as it's out of the way.

I liked how nice and clean it was. How the check in time was late to give you time to get there. Decent location, it was easy to get to once the GPS quit trying to take me through construction, the construction wasn't the hotels fault though.

Love the breakfast and that the hot tub worked and was actually hot. Room was comfortable. I loved that the entire hotel was cool.

If you are driving in to Kansas City this hotel is a great deal. It was the first hotel we saw when we got into the KC surrounding area so decided to stop. It’s only a 30 min drive to Arrowhead, there’s a lot of places to shop and eat around here and you stay away from the big city traffic. Parking is free. The breakfast here was also very good

Super clean rooms! Very comfortable beds. The housekeepers do an amazing job at keeping the facility neat and tidy! This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. Terry ( General Manager) is such a hoot! I absolutely love the conversations he has with his customers.

Room good, staff great ,plenty to choose from on breakfast items. Pool was small but clean and a very welcom site. Area is close to shopping and eating places perfect for what we needed.

We thought that the breakfast was exceptional! Everything was stocked and fresh. One day was really busy for breakfast and you ran out of sausage gravy but there was a big bus there so that was understandable. The beds were very comfortable with several pillow options! Kiddos used the pull out couch and were decently comfortable.

Mostly very clean, with a few exceptions in the bathroom, unfortunately. Comfortable, great facility.
